The Delivery Process

After you place your order, our team carefully selects your plants from our curated collection. Each specimen is inspected for health, gently prepared, and packaged with care using our plant-specific materials that provide cushioning, moisture retention, and protection.
2. Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order leaves our facility in Manchester, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your plant’s journey right to your doorstep.
3. Receiving Your Plants
When your package arrives, please open it promptly. While our packaging is designed to protect plants for extended periods, they’ll be eager for light and air. Each plant includes care instructions to help with the transition.
