3. Ordering & Payment Terms

3.1 Placing an Order

Adding an item to your cart is an invitation to offer. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment, at our discretion.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in US Dollars. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Any bank or transaction fees are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Condition: Items must be in original, resalable condition with packaging.

• Live Plant Concerns: For significantly damaged plants, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We may offer a refund or replacement without return.
• Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods (opened soils/fertilizers), custom items, final sale items, or items damaged by customer misuse.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

6. Limitation of Liability

Urban Garden Store and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or plants due to care after delivery. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
